Qaucasia

Regional queer initiative joining the festival.

Qaucasia is a queer variety show produced and hosted by @aurah.jf, showcasing queer artists and creative voices from the Caucasus and Central Asia. The show brings together different forms of performance, including drag, live music, comedy, burlesque, and other stage-based practices that explore identity, culture, humor, expression, and everyday queer life. At its core, QAUCASIA is a celebration of queer visibility, connection, and joy across the region. It creates a space where diverse stories and experiences can exist alongside one another, while imagining a future beyond destructive nationalism - one in which queer people can create, connect, and thrive without fear.
