Kurorti
Collective joining the co-curated day programme.
Kurorti is an open, independent artistic space founded by Georgian women artists in 2023. Located in a historic 19th-century house in the Vorontsovi district of Tbilisi, it houses artist studios, independent book publishers, and handmade design shops. Fully self-funded by its members, Kurorti hosts experimental music, exhibitions, screenings, and book launches—creating a vital open hub for artistic freedom. 🌿✨ In the face of Georgia’s socio-political challenges, independent cultural spaces are vital. As the team at Kurorti puts it: “Silence will not protect us. To fall silent, to stop creating, to lose connection with the public is to allow the disappearance of human rights and culture.”
